housing needed

Hi Alums, I'm in need of housing. A room in a shared house, single apartment or studio. If you know of anything please let me know. Locations are preferably in Boston or anywhere near a communter rail North of the city. Short-term arrangements are fine as well. I just moved to the City and am currently job hunting which if need be may take me to another city. So, if I could avoid a lease for a few months more, that would be awesome. Any tips are appreciated.
