A very attractive hard cover book with beautiful photographs. I haven't tried the recipes yet but they look easy and good. Mind you most of them have been contributed by the Trust members and have nothing to do with Queen Elizabeth, but there are a few from Her chef. Some nice annecdotes about events at the Castle of Mey, too.
Lots of capitalization in the book - you are left in no doubt that She is very much missed.
