Can any of our esteemed authors answer a few questions?
I'm curious why authors of royal topics are so reticent to publish in both print and e-format? Some of the best recent books are only available in very expensive formats (more than 40.00) and many require more in shipping. Why not publish in an e-format like Kindle?
Second, why is there such a huge difference in publication availability (in particular on Kindle) in the US and the UK. It seems like the major authors are waiting years until the books are available in e-format overseas.
