Yes, Alice appears in a number of books. Books that are dedicated to other members of the family or are about one branch of the family (Hessian Tapestry comes to mind), but there is only one biography dedicated to her by Gerard Noel and it's title is quite telling, Princess Alice: Queen Victoria's forgotten daughter.
