Karen, what do you mean by the most unsung?
Not acknowledged, unvalued and unappreciated.
The vast majority of books on Queen Victoria and her children make just passing references to the Duke of Albany and the Grand Duchess. Then they concentrate on, as the authors see it, the more interesting personages. Leopold and Alice have always been the two in the shadows and I'm always delighted when someone decides to shine a little more light on their lives.
