The historian Arnout van Cruyningen has written a devastating review of the book 'Wie ben ik dat ik dit doen mag' (about six royal inauguarations in the Netherlands) by Dorine Hermans.
Van Cruyningen describes lots of wrong data, wrong names, changes of persons, wrong interpretations, wrong presumptions.
Personally I am most appalled by Hermans' statement that young queen Wilhelmina 'shed no tear' at her fathers funeral. She did not even attend!
