yes. thank you. i feel much the same as you do about kerry, about bush ... there was something that struck me about kerry - he always wore that brown coat. it was probably some sort of strategic choice or whatever (i can't be that naive to believe it wasn't), but he wore it all the time and it was a kind of boring, simple brown coat and it endeared him to me even more ... he seemed so *normal* and unpretentious even though he has so much money. and he was/is a good dad, and loves his wife, and got choked up during his concession speech and it is breaking my heart that he lost, and edwards, too -- my golden boys. i had so much hope, and faith, and trust in them ... and i think they fought so hard, really fought hard and gave it their all, and they should feel proud of themselves ... but it just wasn't enough because of the amount of conservatives in this country today. the international community must be appalled. ok, i will stop rambling; i'm on little sleep and am sad. your halloween sounds lovely, though; mine was similar though i had a bit fewer people over! and no champagne, alas! xoxoxo
