well i took a recipe i found and then tried to make a combination of it and a pasta gnocchi dish that monk and i used to get and share in my old 'hood. it was a chicken apple, asiago, honey, cream gnocchi
and the recipe didn't call for such a fancy turkey sausage but i knew it would be better. so i added a little more cream and the honey and the special sausage and the reggiano to the more basic recipe! it was fun and i was nervous it wouldn't turn out as good as my imagination was telling me it would be but it did!!
i can send you the recipe if you like. do you eat turkey? you can also do chicken apple if you eat chicken and it's easier to find
