i'm feeling sad that you've never cooked with peppers.
you could make stuffed peppers.
you could use them in a salad.
you could chop them and put them into scrambled eggs.
you could make fajitas.
you could roast them and just eat them plain.
you could sautee them with a bunch of other vegetables.
