Hey everyone! Saludos! Lots of honey-coated hugs! Haha! I hope everyone is doing grrrreat! I just wanted to give y'all a little update on what's going on over here in MI-MI-MIA! ! But I have to mention first, that Obie has a new single out called "Sigo con Ella" off his album "Lo que Trajo el Barco" due out August 29! Call your fav radio station and request it 'cause it rocks and the buy the album August 29th because it rocks even harder! Now speaking of rocking albums, I'm getting really excited about my own! We are getting further in the production and the music is coming along so great! I can't wait for you guys to hear it! I wanted to also thank you guys for sticking by me! I know that it has been an extra-long wait and I am so thankful for how patient, supportive, and loyal you all have been to me. I am working on a couple of other things that are still too early in the process to mention, but I will be talking about them soon as well, hopefully! I don't know if you guys got to check out Noche de Poker-I believe it aired this past weekend, so I hope y'all enjoyed it if you did catch it! I had a lot of fun doing it. I haven't seen it so I don't know what came out, but I was in a little bit of a silly mood that day, so excuse me if I made a fool of myself! LOL! I'll blame it on the rain! (There was no rain, by the way) Anyway, I love reading your posts-they're so fun and touching and funny all at the same time! Oh! Tengo que mandar saludos a la gente de Mexico! Se que ha pasado un buen rato y no he visitado, pero les juro que no es porque yo no quiero! Extrano mucho a mis fans de Mexico y tengo ganas de volver para poder convivir con ustedes y por supuesto, presentar la musica nueva! Ojala que sea pronto;por mientras, sigo aqui queriendo y extranando muchisimo a mi gente de Mexico! I can't wait to perform the new music EVERYWHERE and I miss my fans from all over, but it has been so long since I've been to Mexico and I, myself don't even understand why! I miss my tacos de bistec! Anyway, guys, I gotta go eat some lunch, so I will check back in later! I should be able to provide a rough list of song names for the album in the next entry, just so y'all can check it out, and if you have any ideas for names/concepts of the album, feel free to share!
