Yes, we survived National Transgender Visibility Day and today we get to celebrated - TA-DAH! National Banjo Day! I've been all over my fretboard today reveling in an actual holiday celebrating my favorite instrument. But wait - why don't we have a Banjo Pride Month? Couldn't we make that happen somehow? And it was a coincidence, I'm sure, that National Banjo Day happened to fall on National Eclipse Day! And I discovered, on National Banjo Day, that if you hold your banjo up to the sun you can create your own eclipse! Amazing. And I'll just close with this: Q. How many banjo players does it take to eat a possum? A. Two - one to eat the possum and one to watch for cars.
