Re: The folk music reunion
Bob is truly and expert on the plectrum banjo. A few years ago I went to the Double Tree Hotel outside of Newark Airport where the KT were staying after a concert at Deer Path Park in central New Jersey. It was the morning after the concert, and they were sitting around in the lobby. I brought a few instruments along, including a 1927 Vega Artist plectrum banjo. Bob picked it up and proceeded to make it sing. He has a wonderful touch on that instrument. Incidentally, the KT configuration at that time was George Grove, Bill Zorn and Bob Haworth. Also, thanks for the tip on the "Folk Music Reunion" CD. Just placed my order!
