As for an economic bump from having two original members back in the group, I don't believe that really happened. I know that when I filled in for Nick on a few occasions the gross on those shows was not much different from the late '80's during my tenure. Interestingly, one of the highest grosses I ever participated in was a show that Meri booked in California in 2004 after Shane had retired. It was the Grove-Haworth-Zorn trio and Meri had negotiated a nice guarantee + a percentage of ticket sales over a certain amount. The venue sold out and the extra percentage we made on ticket sales nearly doubled our guarantee.
