Yes, he knows I'm writing a book and in fact I've discussed with him some of the things that I think should be included. I must respect his advice that certain subjects should not be addressed due to privacy issues. Unfortunately, that will eliminate some interesting stories and, in my opinion, skew the context of a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff that people really want to hear about.
So, bottom line is, the whole story cannot be told. Unless I decide to go ahead and write it as I saw it with the stipulation that it not be published until after my death. But by then anyone who would be interested in reading it will be gone too. 'Tis a dilemma.
