So, since I refuse to sing "in-again-a" and "tutu-guando", which to me are meaningless, I've employed the folk process and adopted this as my version of the chorus:
EVERYBODY LOVES SATURDAY NIGHT

EVERYBODY – TODO EL MUNDO
TOUT LE MONDE – BOBO WARO
EVERYBODY LOVES SATURDAY NIGHT
"Todo el mundo" and "Tout le monde" are Spanish and French respectively for "everybody", as is "Bobo waro" in Nigerian, the original language of the song. The original translation of the song uses "everybody" in each of those slots, so it makes sense to me to translate that into other languages, which may be what the Bros tried to do with mispronounced results. According to my research, Pete Seeger translated the chorus into about 10 different languages, so I think my approach retains some of that intent.
