Well, Bob, I'm glad to see that the board is up again - I stopped by a couple of times and found it missing and like Ron was concerned. And here's hoping that something good comes along soon for Ron!
Having been myself embroiled in some homeowners' association junk a couple of decades back - I am really looking forward to your book! Great concept - covenant from coven. I'll bet there's a satirical song or two lurking in that little wordplay as well.
I hope you and Meri are well and I'm looking fwd to seeing y'all in August!
