Bob - I remember sitting with you before a show in Lancaster 18 months or so ago and watching you go through the routine of crafting the set list. It was fascinating seeing all those wonderful song titles on individual slips of paper. Two things I recall in particular involved your adding "Reuben James" at my request - the other involved "Road to Freedom". As I recall, you told me that this was to be the very first time the Trio (any configuration) had performed this great song in a show - I remember you, George and Bill agonizing whether to put it in - I had heard you do it during sound check and it sounded great - and you guys said "what the heck - let's do it". This process that you go through adds continuing life and freshness to your performances. For an old fan like me, it was so exciting. One more example of your consummate professionalism.
