Posted by Meri The 2nd comment is to Norm. Yes Norm, we too love "Boston Legal," even to the point of coming in from the ocean to watch it in Hawaii. Michael J. Fox is great on the show but it will be sad when he goes. My real point in posting this is to share with everyone that last summer Michael sent a special representive out to our home to meet with us about our "Concerts For A Cure" that will benefit Parkinson's. We now have an endorsement from "Team Fox", which greatly enhances our visibility in promoting our events, and we're thrilled to be able to donate a portion of our proceeds to their great work. For those who may be in Hawaii during the latter part of next January, it does look as though we will be doing a very large benifit there at that time. Ah shucks, we will "have to" go back to Hawaii again in a few months for planning sessions and then once again for 1 to 2 months to handle the details on the concert. Even Don Ho told us the other night that he wants to be part of this gig, as have many many other folks who are very well known there. More later as details develop. Meri

Felt I might add a few comments to 2 postings. First one is from my husband, Bobby, who remembered he felt that 2 of us Trio wives were at the KT Trubine. It would have been so much more special had Shane's wife Bobbie, been there, but she ended up not coming. We did enjoy the fact that Nikki Gary, the Kingston Trio's great manager, did attend. It was such a special evening, sitting up front at our table we had John Stewart and darling Buffy, his wife, Bob Shane next to me on one side and Bobby on the other then Nikki and George. What was the most fun, we felt, was watching John and Shane laughing together and recalling "the good old days" together.
