hehehe, adventure is one thing, being stranded is not good. I did some claypan dancing in my Renault 16 on my lone trip to the center way way back. I could have sunk in it, as I just drove straight off the road onto this smooth wet slippery clay in the rain. It was fun though. 4x4 drivers haven't changed much. I was driving the Renault around the Olgas when some know all 4x4 Toyota driver informed me I would have no hope of getting "that thing" around there. It wasn't even a challenge.
