Hi Ned
The anti theft ECU only cuts the use of power to the starter solenoid via the starting circuit relay.
So all you have to do is locate the push in connector off the feed wire to the starter motor solenoid at the firewall on the engine side, disconnect same, turn on ignition and hot wire the above wire to the battery positive terminal and away she goes.
The other way is to un-plug the anti-theft unit and earth out the BW (black White) terminal 1 wire on the plug, which the anti theft ECU feeds a ground to in order to operate the starting circuit relay and starter motor solenoid.
To do this though you have to remove and replace the under dash cover on the driver side.
