Anti theft ECU

The Missus could not start the Rangie the other day no matter what. The ignition would come on but the engine would not crank over. So I checked it out and had a hunch it might be the Anti theft unit, I followed the trouble shooting tests from my manual and sure enough all tests indicated that the anti theft ECU was the culprit.
Has anybody got a new spare sitting around that they need to get rid of?
