Remove dome lamp/s, remove rear seat belt upper mounting bolts, remove grab handles above doors, pull out clips above rear window, if it is one piece lining - remove sunvisors, if you have a sun roof - pull off the u shaped trim holding lining to the opening, remove 2 clips between rear seat belt mounting and rear grab handles. You do not need to remove the speakers but you do need to unplug them. You might need to ease the sides away from the body with a paint scraper. The whole thing will then drop down and can be dragged out the back door. It is easier with 2 people to stop it twisting and bending too much. Refitting should be the reverse but, from painfull experience, it will probably not fit and be 10 times more difficult.
