    Easier than i thought .

    G`day All .

Not long replaced some disc rotors and looking at them and thinking about the air spring , had a thought .

With it assembled , cone bottom , bag mid and cone top .

Put the bottom cone on rear rotor which is flat on floor , put one front rotor over top cone , centre of rotor is same diameter as cone outer , put a little air in , put another front rotor on , added a bit more air .

Weight of Rotors balance on top held with one hand it`s finger regulates the air , chest pushes down adding extra pressure , other hand steers bottom of bag and aids the rolling of the bag over its self .

Once thought of took about 2 mins per bag , thought time till thought of , weeks , on and off .

Having the bags compressed this way will make fitting easier for me .

Not sure when i`ll fit`em but got a kit to rebuild the valve block and some compressor mounts so maybe all at once , see hopw i feel .

I intend to use loose/joined wires into the ecu plug to decompress system and fill each bag as needed as i haven`t got a kicker and think unless i have a huge problem may be able to work without but this will depend on the free P38A programs that are about and if they will work on earlier RR EAS .

    Cheers

    : Hi All ,
    :
: Anyone heard of or have a way of or can
    : think of a way of ......
    :
: Fitting the bag - bellow - spring part to
: the cones , well not fitting to the cones .
    :
: More specifically a way of getting them to
: fold over its themselves .
    :
: As a description ... Out of the car with
: 10psi in the bags , we have the cones top
: and bottom and the bag at full extention ,
: the lower part of the bag folds over its
: self to allow for up and down movement .
    :
: After any ideas on how to do it out of the
: car .( nothing jumps out at me , this being
: my reason for more mind power please )
    :
    : Thanks
