Yep , physically bolt up the same .
There could be a difference in how the 2 are wired as in the number of wires but i`m sure that won`t be a problem for you .
If you`re looking at new the following doesn`t apply and will be a waste of space .
One thing i`d suggests is that the newer smaller type starters hit alot harder that the older large type .
The older type are more forgiving if there is a bit of bearing/bush and tooth wear as in when they make the initial mesh of the teeth they are gentler in the process and allow the teeth to fully mesh before any great pressure is applied .
The newer type have a better ability for the pinion gear to try to climb up over the ring gear teeth and depending on the brand of starter can break the nose off the starter or break or squish teeth .
All i`m really saying is if you use a secondhand starter it is worth the time to check the pinion gear/tooth wear and the front bush/bearing wear and don`t just take the word of the seller .
