Hi Bill. Only the Thor manifold fuel rail has the problem with air in the fuel rail, as the fuel rail is not the through flow like the earlier injection of the 3.9 and 4.6 have, which don't need bleeding. I have changed my inlet manifold to the Thor, so I have some of the troubles it gives, but all of the improved torque too. The fuel pressure reg is that little round thing on the fuel rail near the fire wall end with fuel pipes and a vacuum line connected to it.
