Once you have undone the large nut holding the outputflange on it should slide off the splines ( it might need some assistance eg lever/hammer ) as it may never have been off before it will be quite tight. --Previous Message-- : Hi everyone at the moment im repairing my : rr (just finished a top end rebuild) im : in the process of doin a seal on the : transfer case (the front one where the : front drive shaft comes out of) because : it leaks.
