If you put the manifold on under tension it will most likely crack like mine was, and you face the real possibility of damaging the alloy heads if you attempt to screw in bolts that do not line up . This was cracked almost right around the entire port. I welded it with "All weld" rods, and it has held for two years now. I did enlarge the holes so the manifold would not be under tension , and have no leaks or troubles. Ned
