"My Book" is most definitely in my book, and I'm hoping that the book will be available for sale by the end of this month. I just OK'ed the proofs (!), and although there are some revisions to be made, I don't think there should be too much of a delay. I hope that you'll be able to get the book in time to perform the song for the benefit.
