I keep thinking of the studies that show that those that abuse/kill animals have a good possibility of also being abusive and even killing other humans. I am thinking the creep that did this, may possibly be, right now also abusing/harming another person in their life. Who knows, a police investigation may uncover a person who needs to be apprehended that goes beyond killing Lucky. And maybe, in the end, Lucky may be saving another life...
