This is a bit on the wild side for some, but, there are animal communicators that could give you the information needed to find this horrible murderer....and, just a note---food for thought....Humans that are so savage to animals in this manner, frequently evolve into serial killers and murderers....I think I would locate one of these communicators and pursue this to the end. Cost, maybe $75.00....yields results...Priceless.
PS: I have had a reading from one of these amazing people and....well, I cried in amazement!
