I agree that Jerome should be replaced if we are to improve. I think he does try but is just not good enough for this level. He might be quick but he does not have the skill to beat premiership defenders. He is also not a natural goalscorer like Phillips who finds space in the box. The only time we looked likely to score on Sunday is when Phillips came on.
