I didn't realize they both passed on the "9th". My mom died on July 21 38 years ago this year. She had gone to visit her mom on Mother's Day, collapsed and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. She never came home again. I had baked a Mother's Day cake and we finally threw it away, untouched. That was a sad summer, because my mom's mom died 10 days before my mom did. I hope you have lots of good memories to hold onto.((((LV))))

My mom passed away the day before Mother's Day in 1999 and Pumpkin passed away last Mother's Day. It is not a happy day for me.
