Heroin use by our innocent children

I have just read a message on the Massapequa Post website and I just want to say that I am so happy someone has finally started thinking about taking action regarding this Heroin epidemic on Long Island, especially Massapequa. All parents need to get together and find ways to get rid of drug dealers in schools and parks help our children before we have another death. We need to get politicians and media involved. I will be the voice if you will help me do this. Please e-mail me if you are interested in helping to combat this epidemic. I am the mother of a 20 year old son who is addicted and has been in 3 drug programs. If we can educate our kids and let them know the consequences of trying this drug, maybe we can save lives. Please e-mail me. We need eachother to lean on at least. I know how heartwrenching it is to be the mother of an addict and what it does to your family. MSC866@aol.com
