Hi Rose,
Thanks for your reply. I think Vanity Concepts assumes I know how to use these pills because I've ordered a less strong set from them before called "Strong". These came with instructions. It worked, but I wanted to try a stronger set, so I ordered these instead. I think they call this set "Mega". However, when my order arrived, I didn't see any instructions.
I tried emailing them, but they don't have very good customer service.. I haven't heard from them since I got my order.
