YO TOPPERS, RIO walks on as a junior to help western earn a NCAA playoff birth first in 20 yrs RIO batted 377...and was clutch...... As a senior RIO injured his lefthand in the very early part of the year or was possible he hurt himself in practice before the season started being the gamer that he is he tried to play through it not knowing that he started the season with a broken hand Rio played through the pain with no luck can't swing a bat without pain...is now in a cast and why isnt he eligible to redshirt this senior year he didnt play much this year can he still redshirt???????
