there you go double standards. ratsdall playing for uncle murrie goes 0 for 4, instead of sitting gets moved to second in lineup; next game goes 0 for 5 moves to lead off. if uncle murrie worked as hard with all the players trying to make a player fit the team would be unbeatable. (point 2.) townes last season no hitting, no defense, no arm, no leadership still plays.
