Hi everyone, its only me Atlantis!
I have 3 all New belly dance classes starting in November! These are short 4 week classes just in time for Christmas, (an early present just for you)
Start Date-----Monday 24th November
Time-----------8pm - 9pm
Place----------Activezone Gym, Msida, (Junior College)Malta
Price----------35 euro
This will be a choreography class, learn a tribal dance routine to fabulous belly dance music, each step will be broken down into simplest form then introduced into the routine. I will show you how to transitions between steps and levels.
Learning a routine increases a persons coordination, balance and stamina, in a relaxed fun atmosphere.
You will also have the opportunity to shine with your new choreography at the student Hafla! A Hafla is a friendly show where students meets, eat, chat and of course dance, you may bring family and friends to watch as you undulate and hip twist your way across the stage with your new dancing ability.

This will be a basic introduction taster to belly dance course. Learn the basic core movements, posture and balance, see an improvement in your flexibility and tone up for Christmas. Or just as a revision course for all you lovely ladies that attended the full length beginners course.
