Question: Why you need a lens adapter tube?
Answers:
1) You have a camera with zoom-out & zoom in lens.
2) You wish to add another lens or filter in form of it to enhance your photographic experience.
3) But your zoom-out & zoom in lens has no tread on it for you to mount any add-on accessories.
4) Or even it has a tread, but you find it is not mechanically secure/strong enough to carry any auxiliary lens you want to attached to it.
In above case, you'll find a lens adapter tube useful.
