ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS LOOK AND STYLE on this RARE & SCARCE vintage ruby glass lamp. The bottom globe and the top shade are genuine cranberry / ruby solid glass. This lamp has a wonderful form and beautiful rich red brilliant glass, it will be nicer than the pictures. It has a nice large hooped glass shade which measures 9 ¾” across by 6 ½” high with a fancy ruffled top, arched bell sides and a raised relief thumbprint design on the inside which really reflects the light. No chips, does have one minor hairline crack which is barely noticeable and can be on the back, see pics.. Has a frosted white glass chimney which runs to clear at the top for a great accent. Has a brass plated hoop and a fancy metal base. The bottom globe also has a thumbprint design on the inside and does light up. This is a 3 way light for top, bottom or both and gives off a beautiful light. Stands approx. 20” tall. JUST A BEAUTIFUL LAMP, SELDOM FOUND IN THIS COLOR AND STYLE!
