this carving is more than 100years old and use to be the god of a certain ethnic group in Cameroon. it is believed that the Bakweri people being the only group which defeated the german forces in Camerron travelled to oku to seek guidance in other to defeat the Germans and succeeded. after defeating the Germans the Bakweri people went back to OKU and stole the god known as NKOKONOKO. the oku people attacked the Bakweri people and in their battle the mask of the gods was lost but last year it was discovered besides mt Cameroon and went for testing and we can now assure any person that we have the 10 masks.
