Paul, the track on Streetnoise is not "When I was Young", but a cover of Nina Simone's "When I was a Young Girl." It's a common error in many listings.
And yes, the latest CD issues of Open (Castle/Sanctuary (UK) and Ghostown/Quicksilver (US) labels) include Save Me as a bonus track. It was originally a non-album single.
