Dear Michael, This was purely an impromptu thing. I was not expecting to play. It was all Keith's fault !!! he asked me to join him. I played piano an he played his Gigantic Moog that he used to tour with. We were backed by the big band at the venue. We played two tunes, one of which was the Cow Cow Boogie, into which on a stop chorus,I managed to interpolate a chorus of Giant Steps. It was cool that the audience really appreciated this.
I was wearing a suit of shredded brown paper scaffolding round my legs and a body that had not been lived in for some time. Keith, however wore a Tricorn Hat, Tricorn Jodphers and an unexpurgated edition of a Gownless Evening Strap loaned to him by Margaret Thatcher especially for the performance. Yes, we will be touring Europe in October. We will be driving on Autoroutes, Autobahns and Autostradas. We will be using a VW long base Sprinter with the 4/5 cylinder Econo Motor, running on a mixture of Biodiesel, Jaeger Sauce and Mayonnaise. As usual we are selling CDs and offering our fans photos of Angela Merkel's left ankle in the nude.
