Dear Tom, I am shocked at my outrageous omission of The Hornville Tavern. I knew I was going to leave out somewhere really special, and the Hornville was it. Please convey my sincere apologies to everybody. I am glad to hear that you are over your illness, so stay well ,my friend, and give a big hug to your lovely wife from all of us, and we look forward to seeing you in Louisville.
