Effective July 31, 2002 All litters being advertised "FOR SALE" on the Banter must come with certain information about both the Sire and Dam: 1) Hip certification, 2) State the age of the dogs bred, 3) Working accomplishments if any within it's pedigree (can be catch dog titles, Herding title, SAR certification, weight pull titles, obedience titles, protection titles, agility titles, etc). If the dog(s) has no working titles within its pedigree this does not mean you will not be allowed to advertise the sale of the litter, HOWEVER you must disclose it has NO WORKING TITLES among its pedigree to meet full disclosure requirements. Note: You must list hip certification, and age of the dogs being bred, otherwise the litter will not be allowed to be advertised on the Banter. This is a MUST MEET REQUIREMENT in order for any litter to be advertised as "FOR SALE," you MUST prove the dogs have Hip Certification, and that the age of the dogs meet ethical breeding practices. IF you do not satisfy these requirements the litter will not be allowed to be posted unless the litter is FREE to good homes. Otherwise backdoor the people searching for puppies via email, because the advertisement of any dogs that do not meet these requirements will be deleted (unless it's free to a good home).
