I agree. I also think it should be left that way.
*** I seem to remember Matt Sanchez explaining many years ago how he looks at the ability to handle stress in baby pups and has found a corrolation between that and the ability to cope with stresses as an adult.
There is a program some follow called 'early neurological stimulation' but it looks like it tries to mimic some of the stresses in a natural environment. It was developed by the military IIRC but the military's breeding program has not been a good one.

LOL Well there are undoubtedly breeders in a different class when it comes to working dogs but so many modern breeders are soft and can't make hard decisions. There are also more who buy into soft training (purely positive, no corrections) which also makes for progressively weaker dogs.
