Looking for Dad's relatives

Looking for relatives of Harley Lee Bailey from Eastern KY/TN border town named Jellico. My Mom (Rosetta Rutherford Bailey)from Campbell County Tn & Dad (Harley) are both deceased,just want to find Dad's family. Never knew any of them, Mom & Dad divorced when I was around 3 yrs old. My older brothers name was Gene Edward Bailey, he died in a plane crash in 1979, he was 31 yrs old. Dad's parents were Summer & John, I think. I know Mom said he had several brothers, one was named Hubert. I do remember him a little. Please contact me at my e-mail address if you knew my Dad or his family. Thanks.
