Father Harley Lee Bailey from Eastern KY, Jellico, I think. His Mother name was Summer. Harley married Rosetta Rutherford from Campbell County, TN around 1945. Moved to Detroit,MI around 1951? Looking for any relatives. Not many of my family left from Mother side. Never knew Father's family.
