Francis Bailey Poet/Miller

I am seeking information about Francis Bailey, who was a miller and poet in the first half of the 20th century in Hall County, GA, near a community called Quillian's Corner (N. of Gainesville, GA). One of Bailey's daughters is a Keene. Bailey lived in California during the 1950s and early 1960s. While in Hall Co., he built a mill and a very unusual stone house, part of which still stands, on the West Fork of the Little River.
