My name is Nancy Bailey. I was placed in foster care when i was baby.I was born in Arkansas but was sent to live with my foster mother back in Mississippi where my mother was from. All i know is her name is Helen L. Bailey and i really would like to meet her. If you have any information about my situation please contact me by email. Thankyou
