Trying to Research Ancestry for English Project

I am in desperate need of some info on my ancestors, but Have no idea where to start. My project is due in 2 weeks. Can Anyone help? Oh yes, I'm a Bailey, and My grandfather resides in Virginia. He married Nina Turner, and had my father and his three brothers, along with one daughter. [Robert Jr, Timothy, Ronny, Todd, and Candy.] I have no idea of anything farther back than that.
